Beta site for the new Pac-12.com launches

Jul 10, 2013

Welcome to the beta site for the new and improved Pac-12.com. How’d you discover us? Twitter? Google? A link from your favorite school? Good. This site is built to find Pac-12 fans wherever you are, and connect you to the Pac-12 schools, student-athletes, and sports you're fans of.

The first thing we want you to notice is the feedback button to the left. This is a beta site, which is to say: imperfect. The button will follow you around as you read blog posts, find schedules, view photos and videos as per usual. Use it to tell us what we can do to make the site better whenever the thought strikes you. "Traditional" Pac-12.com will continue to exist while we fix mistakes and incorporate improvements to this beta site based on your feedback.

Also check out:

  • Our new home page with bigger photos, cleaner navigation, and clear call-outs for event information, video highlights, TV schedules, and other popular content based on what you’ve told us with your clicks over the past year
  • Large, convenient Twitter, Facebook and email share buttons for connecting fans to each other
  • Accurate, comprehensive schedule information including game times, locations, TV info, and links to live streaming and “TV Everywhere” broadcasts for fans who get Pac-12 Networks from their TV provider
  • Stories, stats, and deeper information connected back and forth with your school’s official athletic web site, creating a true network

Events are everything to you, and therefore to us. The new Pac-12.com provides a home on the Internet for live and on-demand video, features and other content related to every game competed by any team in our conference, more than 3,500 total. That’s the vision, though it will take a little squinting to see right this moment. The new Pac-12.com will really come alive once events start up again this fall.

We could go on … but let’s start clicking instead. Thank you for your feedback, and helping us build a digital network worthy of your exuberance.
