Kibet Leads XC Women to First-Place Finish

TUCSON – The University of Arizona Wildcat men’s and No. 5 women’s track and field teams competed at the Roy Griak Invitational in St. Paul, Minn. The meet took place at Les Bolstad Golf Course. The women’s team took first place while the men’s side earned a 10th-place finish overall.

Houlihan Wins at Griak, Men Take Third in Big Day

MINNEAPOLIS – After one of the more impressive sophomore campaigns in Sun Devil history last year, Shelby Houlihan showed there’s no signs of regressing in 2013 as she won the 28th Annual Roy Griak Invitational on Saturday in Minneapolis, Minn. The No. 29 Arizona State men posted an exceptional third-place finish at the Les Bolstad Golf Course, as well.

Santisteban Places Fourth At Virginia Invitational

EARLYSVILLE, Va. – Junior Kelsey Santisteban placed fourth individually to lead the California women’s cross country team to a sixth-place finish as a team at the prestigious Panorama Farms/Virginia Invitational Saturday in Earlysville, Va. The Golden Bear men placed ninth overall as a team in the competitive field that included several ranked squads.

No. 3 Men & No. 15 Women Win Shootout Team Titles

BOULDER — The University of Colorado cross country teams performed very well on Saturday morning, winning both the men’s and women’s 28thAnnual Rocky Mountain Shootout Division I team titles despite less than perfect course conditions due to rain all day on Friday.  

Stanford Sweeps Invite

STANFORD, Calif. – Erik Olson and Jessica Tonn won the individual races and led Stanford to a sweep of the men’s and women’s team titles at the 40th annual Stanford Invitational cross country meet on Saturday at Stanford Golf Course.

Utah Cross Country Earns Fourth Place at Stanford Invitational

PALO ALTO, Calif. — For the third consecutive year, the Utah women's cross country team finished fourth overall at the six-kilometer Stanford Invitational. Susannah Hurst and Rebekah Winterton led the way, producing two top-five performances.
