• Pac-12 teams posted a 19-2 mark last week, with impressive road victories by ARIZONA at San Diego State, and OREGON STATE at Maryland. 

• Statistically speaking... The hot hands are coming from the Northwest where OREGON STATE senior G Roberto Nelson (30.3 ppg), OREGON junior G Joseph Young (30.0 ppg) and WASHINGTON STATE junior G DaVonté Lacy (24.5 ppg) are the Pac-12’s early scoring leaders... ARIZONA STATE senior C Jordan Bachynski has picked up where he left off last season, leading the league with 4.3 blocks per game. His 194 career blocks are an ASU record... CALIFORNIA senior F Richard Solomon and UTAH sophomore F Jordan Loveridge have each posted a pair of double-doubles this season are 1-2 in the Pac-12 in rebounding with 14.3 rpg and 14.0 rpg, respectively.

• ARIZONA, OREGON and UCLA continue to be ranked in both the Associated Press and the USA Today Coaches preseason polls. The Wildcats are No. 5 in the AP and No. 4 in the Coaches poll, while the Ducks are No. 17/No. 17 and the Bruins are No. 23/No. 24.

• The National Letter of Intent early signing period concludes Nov. 20. So far, Pac-12 teams have pulled in an impressive crop of signees.
