Pac-12 Networks viewer guide for November 22
No. 22 UCLA men's hoops and the third-ranked Washington women’s volleyball team are among nine Pac-12 squads in action tonight on Pac-12 Networks with each sport showcasing a trio of matchups featuring some of the nation’s top squads, beginning at 4 p.m. PT.
We have a breakdown of each event, including information on which of the seven Pac-12 Networks will be televising your favorite squad:
4 p.m. PT/5 p.m. MT, Pac-12 Networks (all)
Colorado looks to end a five-match skid when they host an Oregon State team that is still seeking its first win in Conference play. Earlier this season, CU swept the Beavers and earned its first Conference road victory since joining the Pac-12 in 2011.
6 p.m. PT/7 p.m. MT, Pac-12 Network, Pac-12 Arizona
Arizona State center Jordan Bachynski became the school’s career blocked shots leader in the Sun Devils’ 88-60 win over Idaho State. His six blocks gave him 194 for his career, three more than Mario Bennett’s previous record of 191 blocks.
6 p.m. PT/7 p.m. MT, Pac-12 Mountain
Utah will take on Lamar as the host team in the second night of the Global Sports Hoops Showcase. The Utes and Cardinals have only met once before, with Lamar earning a 66-58 win at Utah during the 1981-82 season.
6 p.m. PT/7 p.m. MT, Pac-12 Los Angeles, Pac-12 Washington
The 23rd-ranked Golden Bears, on the heels of a shutout loss to Oregon that snapped a four-match winning streak, play host to No. 3 Washington in a marquee matchup. UW’s Krista Vansant enters the showdown as the reigning Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week (fourth award this season).
6 p.m. PT/7 p.m. MT, Pac-12 Bay Area, Pac-12 Oregon
Stanford’s Carly Wopat earned Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week honors for her role in Stanford’s sweep of both Oregon schools last week. Stanford has reached the 20-win plateau for the 33rd time in school history, including all 13 seasons under head coach John Dunning.
8 p.m. PT/9 p.m. MT, Pac-12 Networks (all)
UCLA F/C Tony Parker registered a career performance last week in the Bruins’ 91-60 win over Oakland. The 6’9” big man notched career highs with 21 points, 12 rebounds and 10 field goals in the resounding victory.
