UCLA Women’s Soccer Wins NCAA Title on Lavrusky’s Golden Goal
UCLA had 109 NCAA championships but none from the women’s soccer program. Until now. The Bruins beat Florida State, 1-0, in overtime on Sunday to capture their first national title. Sophomore Kodi Lavrusky scored the match’s lone goal in the 97th minute for UCLA.
