Video: Cal freshman Jordan Matthews nets a career high

The California Golden Bears were looking to make it 12 straight wins against the Oregon Ducks when they traveled to Eugene on Thursday to take on the No. 17 team in the land.

It wasn't easy for Cal, but they pulled off the upset 96-83, as freshman Jordan Matthews fired in a career-high 32 points in the win.

Matthews posted 23 in the first half, which already broke his previous career high of 22 in the 72-65 loss to UC Santa Barbara.

To have the best game of his career come in a huge upset of the No. 17 Ducks must have made things even sweeter for Matthews.

Video below of Matthews hitting his career high shot.
