Sanchez Adds Six To Soccer Roster On Signing Day

Feb 6, 2014

BOULDER - University of Colorado head soccer coach Danny Sanchez has announced the signing of six student-athletes who will continue their education and play soccer for CU.

"We feel that each of these student-athletes fit in perfect with the direction of our soccer program," Sanchez said. "They are all very good students with great character. They committed to Colorado when we were just in the beginning stages of us rebuilding the program and bought into our vision of what we can accomplish."

Sanchez's third recruiting class is made up of three defenders and one forward, midfielder and goalkeeper. As with last year's signees, Californians lead the group. Jenna Reeves and Joss Orejel both hail from the Golden State and the So Cal Blues club. Broomfield's Brittney Stark becomes the 84th Buff to come from Colorado. Nancy Best and Courtney Fedor are natives of Arizona and Washington, respectively. Scout Watson is just the second Buff to come out of Kansas.
