Feb 9, 2014

Cal's Reshanda Gray is the Golden Bears' newest addition to the 1,000-point list, reaching the milestone at Washington State on Sunday. The junior had 996 career points coming into the contest.

Her 1,000th career point came near the end of the first half in the 87-70 win over the Cougars. Gray would finish the game with 24 points, and now has 1,020 in her career.

Gray becomes the 26th Golden Bear to net 1,000 career points, and is the third on the current Cal roster alongside Brittany Boyd and Gennifer Brandon. Brandon recorded her 1,000th career point on Jan. 5 in a 101-98 OT win over Oregon, while Boyd reached the mark in a 68-59 loss at Arizona State on Jan. 17.
