The superstar sister duo of Chiney and Nneka Ogwumike shared a touching moment after No. 2 Stanford's 74-65 win over No. 4 North Carolina Tuesday for the program's 12th Final Four berth. Nneka watched from the stands of Maples Pavilion as her younger sister earned her 26th double-double of the year with 20 points and 10 rebounds to lead Stanford to victory.
After the Cardinal secured the win over the Tar Heels, Chiney darted to her sister to celebrate the regional championship win. Chiney credited Nneka for her inspirational pep talk at halftime, which reminded her to trust in her teammates, relax and have fun. Chiney returned to the court in the second half to score 16 of the team-leading 20 points.
