Pac-12 Networks announces overflow game plans for first two weeks of 2014 football season
AT&T U-verse and DISH to Offer Customers Additional Channels
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. (August 26, 2014) – Pac-12 Networks announced today that AT&T U-verse and DISH will offer their customers additional channels for games being played at the same time on August 30, giving thousands of loyal Pac-12 fans options to see the games they want during a busy first two weeks of the 2014 football season. All games will also be available to providers through the Pac-12 Now TV Everywhere service.
Pac-12 Networks will televise nine games during the first two weeks of the season and will have multiple games sharing the same broadcast window both weekends.
In week 1, Pac-12 Networks will televise the Stanford-UC Davis and Oregon State-Portland State games at 1:00 p.m. PT. The Stanford game will be carried on Pac-12 Bay Area, Pac-12 Los Angeles, Pac-12 Arizona, Pac-12 Mountain and the Pac-12 Network (national feed). Oregon State will be available on Pac-12 Oregon and Pac-12 Washington.
DISH will offer the Oregon State-Portland State game on channel 406.3 for Hoppers and 593 for non-Hoppers, while AT&T U-verse will have the OSU game on channels 763 and 1763. Both Oregon State and Stanford games will also be available to all fans that authenticate via their video provider through the Pac-12 Now app or Pac-12.com.
Pac-12 Networks will have three games share the same window in week 2 with Fresno State at Utah, Eastern Washington at Washington and Sacramento State at Cal, all kicking off at 12:00 p.m. PT. Additional channel details for those games will be available next week.
