Lacrosse Announces Fall and 2015 Schedule

EUGENE, Ore. -  As the Oregon lacrosse team preps for the fall exhibition schedule, head coach Jen Beck announced the 2015 schedule Friday afternoon.

The Ducks begin the 2014 fall ball slate with a trip to Boston College’s Play Day on Oct. 11 before playing UMass Lowell the following day. Oregon travels to California before returning to Eugene for the Alumnae Game Oct. 31 at 6 p.m.

After a winter break, the Ducks begin the 2015 schedule on the road at Presbyterian and High Point on Feb. 13 and 15. Oregon opens the home slate with five straight games, including opening conference play against San Diego State and Saint Mary’s.

Oregon takes to the road again, first on a trip to Fresno, Calif., to take on Monmouth and Fresno State on March 21 and 23. The Ducks fly east to LIU Brooklyn and Stony Brook on March 23 and 26 for their last nonconference games.

In the team’s final home weekend, Oregon hosts USC and Cal on April 3 and 5. The Ducks are on the road for the rest of the year, travelling to Stanford, UC Davis, Denver and Colorado.

The MPSF Championship will take place in Denver with the quarterfinals and semifinals on April 30 and May 1. The championship game will be on May 3 at 10 a.m.

Last season, the Ducks finished with an 11-8 record and made it to the MPSF Championship semifinals.
