• Pac-12 women’s soccer plays host to a top-10 matchup this week, as fourth-ranked STANFORD takes on No. 8 Florida in a marquee contest Friday, Sept. 12. The game, which kicks off at 7:30 p.m. PT, will be televised live on Pac-12 Networks. Two other ranked teams –No. 1 UCLA and No. 11 CALIFORNIA – will also have games televised live on Pac-12 Networks this Friday. 

•  A season-high eight teams are receiving votes in this week’s NSCAA polling, with four teams ranked in the top 15. UCLA continues its stand at No. 1 for the fourth-straight week, and Stanford remained at No. 4. California bumped up one spot to No. 11, while USC made the largest leap, going to No. 14 from No. 19. ARIZONA STATE, UTAH, WASHINGTON and WASHINGTON STATE all were receiving votes. 

• Pac-12 weekly awards went to ARIZONA’s Gabi Stoian for Offensive Player of the Week, Arizona State’s Mckenzie Grossman for Defensive Player of the week, and UCLA’s Katelyn Rowland for Goalkeeper of the week. Nationally, the league saw ASU’s Sara Tosti and UCLA’s Sarah Killion named to the TopDrawerSoccer.com Team of the Week. 

• Four Pac-12 women’s soccer players were named to the Senior CLASS Award watch list today. The award is given annually to a Division I senior that has notable achievements in four areas of excellence – community, classroom, character and competition. UCLA’s Abby Dahlkemper and Sarah Killion were named to the list as well as Stanford’s Alex Doll and Taylor Uhl

• The Pac-12 once again boasts some of the best women’s soccer talent on the West Coast, as six players from the Conference were named to the MAC Hermann Trophy watch list. UCLA had a national-best four honorees on the list, while STANFORD had two. 

• This season, Pac-12 women’s soccer will receive unprecedented coverage with 69 games set to be broadcast live on the Pac-12 Networks, including 27 non-conference games to begin the year. For more information, including a complete TV schedule, visit www.pac-12.com
