Pac-12 uniform watch: ASU brings the big pitchforks against Colorado

Sep 13, 2014

Oregon is switching it up with another home game after wearing its bright "Sonic Boom" uniforms last week, and the Sun Devils are going with their big, bad pitchfork helmets at Colorado. Here's what else is fashionable this week in Pac-12 football.

Classic, indeed. UCLA is wearing powder blue with gold helmets and pants against the white-on-white Longhorns at Jerry World.

The Trojans are wearing red tops, white jerseys and gold pants as they face Boston College.

Call it a blackout. The Buffs are wearing standard black jerseys and pants against Arizona State, but the black-on-black helmets really bring it all together.

Washington State

The Cougars host Portland State trying to get into the win column. They're going with crimson jerseys along with gray tops and pants.

Stanford is wearing red jerseys, white helmets and white pants as it hosts Army at The Farm.

Oregon hosts Wyoming and will go away from last week's bright yellow look. This week, it's back to a darker emerald jersey, gray pants and chrome helmets.

Washington and Illinois are both hoping to remain perfect on the season, and the Huskies will host the battle wearing purple jerseys complemented by white helmets and pants.

Arizona State

In this week's only intraconference matchup, the Sun Devils visit Boulder wearing white jerseys, maroon pants and their maroon alternate pitchfork helmets.

A late-night start against Nevada has the Wildcats gearing up in red helmets, red jerseys and white pants.
