Video: Ty Montgomery carries Huskies into the end zone

It is rare that a receiver with enough elite speed to be a record-breaking return man also has the size and strength to run over defenders, but Stanford’s Ty Montgomery is the kind of player that defies such logic. He did just that in a 20-13 Cardinal win over the Huskies on Saturday.

Montgomery has burned Washington with his speed in the past, but he put his strength on display with his team's first touchdown of the day, which put Stanford ahead 10-0 in the second quarter. The receiver caught a short pass and after bouncing off two would-be tacklers literally carried a Husky defender into the end zone, finishing off one of his four receptions on the day.
