Kaitlyn Johnson Earns Second Weekly Award

PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State forward Kaitlyn Johnson was named a Primetime Performer by CollegeSoccer360.com for Oct. 20-26.
It is the second honor for Johnson, who received a spot on TopDrawerSoccer’s National Team of the Week after scoring two goals and adding an assist during a pair of Cougar wins last week.
The sophomore scored the game-winning goal in the second half of the Cougars’ 2-1 victory at Colorado, Oct. 24. She followed that with a goal and an assist to give the Cougars a 2-0 advantage in a 4-2 win at Utah, Oct. 26.
A native of Torrance, Calif., Johnson is tied for the team lead with three goals this season. The Cougars host top-ranked UCLA, Friday at 2 p.m. on the Pac-12 Networks.
