Recapping Last Week

STANFORD, Calif. - The Stanford wrestling team recaps last week's competition, including the first outdoor dual held on the Stanford campus. The Cardinal posted a come-from-behind win (17-16) over visiting North Carolina at football's Fan Fest.

Stanford also competed in the Roadrunner Open in Fresno, Calif. The Cardinal had six placewinners, including three runners-up in 125-pounder Mason Pengilly, 157-pounder Maxwell Hvolbek and 165-pounder Jim Wilson.

Up next, Stanford travels to Philadelphia, Pa., to wrestle in the Keystone Classic at the Palestra.
