UCLA Swimmers Travel to A3 Performance Invitational

2014-2015 UCLA Swimming and Diving Schedule
Owners of a 4-1 dual meet record and a #19 national ranking, the Bruins head out on the invitational circuit for the first time this season, traveling to East Los Angeles College for the A3 Performance Invitational.
The meet, which runs from Thursday through Saturday, will be held at 1301 Avenida Cesar Chavez, Monterey Park, 91754. Three-day session passes are $30, two-day session passes are $20, general admission tickets are $15 a day and student/child tickets are $5 per day.
Each day of competition starts with preliminaries at 9 a.m., while finals start at 5 p.m. Live results will be available through the Meet Mobile app, available on iTunes, while end of day results will be posted here.
On Thursday, the meet starts with the 200 Freestyle Relay, followed by the 500 Free, 200 Individual Medley, 50 Free and 400 Medley Relay. On Friday, the 200 Medley Relay, 400 IM, 100 Butterfly, 200 Free, 100 Breaststroke, 100 Backstroke and 800 Free Relay will be run. Competition concludes on Saturday with the 200 Back, 1650 Free, 100 Free, 200 Breast, 200 Fly and 400 Free Relay. The list of UCLA entries are below.
The Bruins are coming off a 1-1 weekend at home against the Arizona schools. UCLA lost a close 155-145 decision to now-#11 Arizona on Friday before coming back to beat Arizona State (169-124) on Saturday. Junior Katy Campbell and sophomore Linnea Mack each won three races over the weekend.
