Nov 25, 2014

BERKELEY – The senior trio of kicker James Langford, holder Bryce McGovern and long snapper John Sheperdson will chat live with Cal fans on Facebook after practice tonight at 7 p.m. PT. The trio will answer questions about their roles in field goal/point after touchdown process and much more. Fans can ask questions by signing into their Facebook account, liking the Cal Athletics Facebook page (Facebook.com/CalAthletics) and clicking on the Q&A announcement.

Tuesday’s Facebook Q&A is the sixth this season following previous chats with head coach Sonny Dykes, junior wide receiver Trevor Davis, sophomore quarterback Jared Goff, junior running back Daniel Lasco and sophomore linebacker Hardy Nickerson.

Cal will host BYU in its final home game of the season in its last regular-season contest this Saturday, Nov. 29. The contest will be televised live by the Pac-12 Networks and kick off from Kabam Field at California Memorial Stadium at 1:30 p.m. PT. Audio broadcasts of all Cal football games are also available on KGO 810 AM, the Cal IMG Sports Network, SiriusXM Satellite Radio and online at CalBears.com via TuneIn.

Cal has a 5-6 overall record and can become bowl eligible for the first time since 2011 with a victory.

The teams will be playing for the first time since Cal was a winner in the 2005 Las Vegas Bowl. BYU leads the all-time series, 2-1, having won the first two meetings between the teams in 1999 (at BYU) and 2001 (at Cal).
