Former Sun Devil James Harden's number retired

The Beard is cleared to live in the history of Arizona State University forever. 

In a Wednesday night ceremony, during halftime of the Sun Devils' 68-66 win over UCLA, the NBA's leading scorer had his ASU No. 13 hoisted into the rafters of Wells Fargo Arena. It will remain there for the forseeable eternity, next to the likes of NBA legends Alton Lister, Eddie House, and Byron Scott.

Harden was the first McDonald's All-American to sign with the school since 1984, and lived up to every bit of the hype, becoming the first Arizona State player to be a consensus All-American in both of his years at school.
