UCLA's Law named Pac-12 Women's Golfer of the Month

SAN FRANCISCO – Bronte Law of UCLA has been named the Pac-12 Women’s Golfer of the Month for February, the Pac-12 announced today. The honor is Law’s second this year.

Law, a sophomore from Stockport, England, had her third career win this month at the Northrup Grumman Regional Challenge. She started the tournament 3-under 68 with five birdies in the first round, then added three birdies and a bogey on her way to a 2-under 69 on day two. UCLA posted the overall low score on the final day, and Law finished as medalist with a 5-under 208 (68-69-71). 

Law leads the team in scoring at 71.5 and has played 18 rounds in 6-under par. Her nine rounds under par and five rounds under 70 are also team leaders. She is currently ranked sixth in the nation by GolfStat and 4th by GolfWeek. This is UCLA’s fourth Golfer of the Month recipient this season and Law’s second career golfer of the month award.
