• With just two weeks remaining in the Pac-12 softball regular season, and two series between top-20 opponents this week, each game is crucially important. OREGON is just one game ahead of UCLA in the standings, and both teams face a ranked opponent as the second-ranked Ducks play No. 18 CALIFORNIA and the seventh-ranked Bruins play No. 16 ARIZONA. No. 20 WASHINGTON hosts OREGON STATE while No. 24 ARIZONA STATE travels to STANFORD. UTAH, which is ranked in the ESPN.com/USA Softball poll for the first time in school history, takes a break from league play this week after picking up its fifth-straight Pac-12 series win.

• Oregon’s Jenna Lilley took home Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division I Player of the Week accolades as well as Pac-12 Player of the Week honors after helping UO sweep non-conference opponent No. 9 Louisiana-Lafayette. Fellow Duck Cheridan Hawkins was named Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week after no-hitting the Ragin’ Cajuns, while Utah’s Katie Donovan was voted Pac-12 Freshman of the Week, marking Utah’s fourth freshman of the week honor and sixth player of the week accolade in 2015 alone.
