• Pac-12 men's soccer flourished in week two of competition with the Conference going 8-1-1. Collectively, the Pac-12 only allowed four goals in nine games last week while recording 16 goals.
• With the results from the weekend, WASHINGTON paces the league with its No. 6 NSCAA ranking. UCLA comes in at No. 8, while OREGON STATE catapulted nine spots up to No. 12 and STANFORD is No. 13. This is the Beavers' highest ranking in the NSCAA poll
• STANFORD's So. GK Andrew Epstein was named Pac-12 Men's Soccer Player of the Week, for competition Aug. 31 - Sept. 6. Epstein helped the Cardinal go 3-0 against then-No. 18 Louisville, Northeastern and VCU. Epstein played in all but 4:56 minutes between the posts, shutting out three consecutive opponents for the first time since 2007. Seven of his 23 career starts have been solo shutouts, combining in two others.
• A trio of Conference teams remain undefeated, including No. 6 WASHINGTON, No. 12 OREGON STATE and SAN DIEGO STATE. More impressively, the Conference has collectively allowed just 10 goals in 21 total contests.
• Staunch defense has allowed WASHINGTON and OREGON STATE to shut out its opponents so far this season. The Beavers are off to a 3-0 start for the second year in a row, while the Huskies are 3-0-1 with four-straight shutouts and maintaining 380 scoreless minutes.
• SAN DIEGO STATE starts the season 3-0 for the first time since 1992. Fr. D Kyle Adams was named to the Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week, as he was instrumental in helping the Aztecs limit George Washington to zero shots in a 3-0 win. The Aztecs are averaging 3.0 goals per game in 2015.
• The Pac-12 Networks will broadcast 35 matches in 2015. UCLA alumnus and former MLS player Cobi Jones will continue to cover all the action on the Networks alongside analysts Christopher Sullivan and Kelly Gray. Rich Cellini and JB Long continue play-by-play duties, along with Miles, Jim Watson, Rich Burk and Troy Clardy.

• Stanford Sr. D Brandon Vincent was one of 30 NCAA men’s soccer student-athletes selected as a candidate for the 2015 Senior CLASS Award®, announced Thursday.
• U.S. Men’s National Team head coach Jurgen Klinsmann added Stanford Jr. F Jordan Morris to the roster for the United States’ upcoming match with Brazil,announced Sunday morning.
