Nov 28, 2015

SAN FRANCISCO—The USC Trojans captured the Pac-12 South Division title as they defeated rival UCLA, 40-21, at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Saturday afternoon. USC will face the STANFORD Cardinal from the North Division in the fifth annual Pac-12 Football Championship Game on Saturday, December 5 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.

USC captured the South title after finishing the regular season with a 6-3 Pac-12 record, 8-4 overall. The Trojans finished tied with Utah atop the South Division standings, but won the Conference’s tie-breaker based on their head-to-head matchup with Utah, a 42-24 USC victory back on Oct. 24.

Stanford (8-1 in Pac-12, 9-2 overall) locked up the North Division title, its third in four years, with its victory over California in the Big Game last week. The Cardinal conclude the regular season with a home non-conference game against Notre Dame on Sat., Nov. 28 (4:30 p.m. PT/FOX).

The Pac-12 Championship Game will be televised by ESPN or ABC at either 4:45 p.m. or 5 p.m. PT/7:45 or 8 p.m. ET.
