Pac-12 Networks gives all-access look at Pac-12 men's basketball programs

As Conference hoops season has tipped off, Pac-12 Networks is diving deep into all 12 squads with ‘Pac-12: All Access’ -- giving fans an exclusive look into each men’s basketball program.

Moving forward, Pac-12 Networks will have an all-access pass with every Pac-12 men’s basketball team, to get a behind-the-scenes look at how each program operates and strives towards a Pac-12 title. Fans will get to know the head coach and key players on each team, through rare footage filmed during practice, games, locker rooms, and off-the-court moments.

The first segment features the California Golden Bears, and will air on January 9 at  6 pm PT. Every Pac-12 featurette will air within the ‘Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Pregame Show’.

“In our first shoot with Cal, we were received with open arms by Coach Cuonzo Martin and his staff,” said Coordinating Producer Michael Tolajian. “We were able to shoot practice, wire up coach during practice and the game, get interviews with Coach Martin, senior Tyrone Wallace, along with star freshmen Ivan Rabb and Jalen Brown (who are close friends and roommates). In addition, we shot part of Cal's film session in preparation for their game against Utah, along with their shootaround, team meal, and Coach Martin's locker room speeches before and after the game.”

“This initiative is the direct result of Pac-12 Networks partnership with the conference's coaches and universities to give fans a closer look at these first-class basketball programs. The exclusive access also allows us to shine a light on our student-athletes, who show tremendous dedication both on the court and in the classroom,” Tolajian said.
