Roundup: No. 9 Oregon State stifles No. 8 Arizona State

Oregon State pulled away from Arizona State in the second half of the top-10 women’s basketball showdown Monday night, holding the Sun Devils to just 15 second-half points in a 67-44 win in Corvallis. Gina Mizell writes that one of Oregon State’s keys to victory was that the Beavers had their regular starting lineup on the floor, which hasn’t always been the case this year with injuries to Sydney Wiese and Jamie Weisner.
