Christian Caple writes that it’s tough for Washington players to ignore the College Football Playoff talk, as many expect the Dawgs to win out and nab a spot in the semifinals.

Stanford coach David Shaw announced that running back Christian McCaffrey is questionable to play against Colorado (Associated Press). McCaffrey should be cleared to practice on Wednesday.

Head coach Jim Mora is “hopeful” that Josh Rosen will play against Utah on Saturday, Ben Bolch of the Los Angeles Times notes.

Jeff Faraudo reports that Cal quarterback Davis Webb will start Friday night against Oregon, while wide receiver Chad Hansen’s status is still uncertain.
