Pac-12 Softball Players of the Week for March 14

Player of the Week: Chelsea Gonzales, Arizona State
• 4 GP, 5 R, 7 HR, 12 RBI, .636 AVG
• Started all four of the Sun Devils' games last week including a three-game sweep over Nebraska, where she recorded a .636 batting average in 11 at bats.
• Recorded a team high five runs this past week, while adding 12 RBI on the weekend.
• The senior connected on six extra base hits this weekend, including a pair of home runs. • Finished the week with a 1.636 slugging percentage, while maintaining a .692 on-base percentage. 

Pitcher of the Week: Michelle Floyd, Arizona
• 2 GP, 7 IP, 2-0 record, 0.00 ERA, 7K
• Pitched the ninth perfect game in Arizona history, retiring all 15 batters she faced in the Wildcats’ 18-0 win over Hartford in her first start of the season.
• Did not allow a run in seven innings on the weekend, allowing just one hit over two appearances.
• Struck out seven batters in seven innings while allowing one total base runner.

Freshman of the Week: Jessie Harper, Arizona
• 6 GP, 4 R, 3 HR, 10 RBI, .500 AVG
• Notched a team-high 11 hits in 22 at-bats (.500), including six extra-base hits (1.091 slg%).
• Hit two home runs in one inning vs. Hartford, two of her three homers on the weekend. • Batted in 10 runs in six games, half of which came in her first career four-hit game vs. Hartford.
