Pac-12 Networks to broadcast NCAA men’s soccer first round contest this Thursday, November 16

Networks to provide live telecast of University of Washington men’s soccer 
hosting Seattle University this Thursday
SAN FRANCISCO – Pac-12 Networks announced today that it will televise a first round NCAA men’s soccer tournament matchup between the Washington Huskies and the Seattle University Redhawks this Thursday, Nov. 16 at 6 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. MT. The game will be televised live on Pac-12 Washington and will also be available to authenticated subscribers via the Pac-12 Now app and Full programming information and talent assignments for the game are as follows:

Stanford, Washington, and California men’s soccer teams were selected for the 2017 NCAA Tournament on Monday. The three Pac-12 teams will vie for a trip to play in the 2017 NCAA College Cup, to be held Dec. 8 and 10 at Talen Energy Stadium in Philadelphia, Pa.
Washington will host cross-town rival Seattle in the first round this Thursday evening to determine who plays No. 5-seeded Akron on Sunday. This marks the Huskies’ 24th appearance in the tournament. Defending two-time NCAA Champion Stanford earned the No. 9 seed and a first-round bye in its fifth-straight and 16th overall NCAA Tournament appearance. The Cardinal host either Pacific or Cal State Fullerton on Sunday, Nov. 19 at 5 p.m. PT. California also earned a bid to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2014, making this its 18th overall appearance. The Bears will host San Francisco on Thursday, Nov. 16 to determine who plays No. 4-seeded Louisville.
