• The second half of league play is underway and teams will be vying for positioning in the Pac-12 standings as the Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament in Seattle approaches. No. 6/7 OREGON sits at the top and is looking for its first regular-season crown since 2000.

• Looking to catch the Ducks is STANFORD, which finds itself back in the Associated Press’ top 25, coming in at No. 24. The Cardinal is one game back of the Ducks heading into the week with the teams playing in Eugene on Sunday on ESPN2.

• Stanford travels to No. 16/16 OREGON STATE first for its crucial matchup of the week on Friday. The Beavs are one game back of the Cardinal and two behind UO. No. 25 CALIFORNIA is also traveling to Oregon and OSU, going into the week just three games back of the Conference lead. All four teams can be found on Pac-12 Networks this week.

• Five league teams are in the AP poll, UCLA joining the Ducks in the top 10 at No. 9 to round out the five teams in the top 25 this week. The Bruins are also ninth in the USA Today/WBCA Coaches poll giving the Conference three teams in that polling. ARIZONA STATE is receiving votes.

• UCLA’s Jordin Canada was voted the Pac-12 Player of the Week for the second time this season after becomng the fifth player in Pac-12 history to go over 300 career steals. Oregon’s Satou Sabally was tabbed the Pac-12 Freshman of the Week for the fourth time.

• Oregon’s Sabrina Ionescu recorded her ninth career triple-double and fifth of the season last week. She already owns the NCAA career mark but is now one away from the NCAA single-season record of six triple-doubles set in 1985-86.

• The NCAA will have its second top-16 reveal this week on Thursday, Feb. 1. In the first reveal, Oregon and UCLA were the Pac-12 teams among the top 16. The Ducks were No. 4, which would have indicated one of the four No. 1 seeds in the NCAA Tournament, had the season ended on Jan. 16. UCLA was the No. 12 seed overall.
