A total of 42 Pac-12 track & field athletes across 13 events punched their tickets to the NCAA Championships on Friday night in Sacramento.

Arizona

The Wildcats qualified five men for the NCAA Championships Friday evening, including Turner Washington and Jordan Geist in the discus throw. Arizona is still awaiting its first female qualifier heading into Saturday's events.

Arizona State

Maggie Ewen was already heading to Eugene to compete in the women's shot put, but now she'll be throwing the discus as well. She posted the third-best distance on Friday with 59.37 meters.

California

The Golden Bears added two NCAA qualifiers on Friday, bringing their current total to three. McKay Johnson will represent Cal in the men's discus throw, while Lauren Martinez will compete in the women's pole vault. She was one of 13 vaulters to clear a height of 4.18 meters (13 feet, 18.5 inches) on Friday.

Colorado

No surprise here, but the Buffs found success in Friday's distance events. Val Constien placed first in her heat and second overall in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase with a qualifying time of 9:47.97.

Oregon

Eight more Ducks qualified for the NCAA Championships on Friday, joining the four that qualified on Thursday. Sabrina Southerland was a highlight on a successful day for Oregon, posting the top qualifying time in the women's 800-meter run (2:00.72). The remaining qualifiers from Friday's action all came from the 100-meter dash or 400-meter dash for both the men and women.

Oregon State

No NCAA qualifiers for the Beavs on Friday. Destiny Dawson (women's javelin) remains the program's lone qualifier for the time being.

Stanford

Five more Cardinal are heading to the NCAA Championships. Valarie Allman placed second in the women's discus, finishing just ahead of Arizona State's Maggie Ewen with a throw of 59.68 meters. Steven Fahy fared well in the men's 3,000-meter steeplechase, crossing the line fourth in Friday's top heat.

UCLA

Alyssa Wilson (women's discus throw) joins three Thursday qualifiers to represent the Bruins in Eugene. The freshman threw 53.95 meters to place seventh in the one-round prelims.

USC

The Trojans led the Pac-12 with 13 NCAA qualifiers on Friday. Sprints are the name of their game, and it showed. Runners from USC claimed the top times in the men's and women's 400-meter dash along with the men's and women's 400-meter hurdles. Twanisha Terry, a freshman, placed first in her heat and second overall in the women's 100-meter dash with a blistering time of 11.12.

Utah

The Utes punched their first ticket Friday in the final event of the night. Grayson Murphy placed third in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:49.50), directly behind Colorado's Val Constien.

Washington

After Friday's action, two steeplechasers are set to represent the Huskies. Andrew Gardner qualified in the men's competition (8:38.79, 5th overall), while Emily Hamlin qualified in the women's event (10:00.35, 11th overall).

Washington State

Stephanie Cho will rock the crimson and gray in Eugene following an NCAA-qualifying time of 58.12 in the women's 400-meter hurdles. She is the third Coug to punch her championship ticket thus far.

NCAA West Preliminaries wrap up Saturday at Sacramento State University, live-streamed on FloTrack. The NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships are June 6-9 in Eugene.
