USC

Former USC tailback Willie Brown died at the age of 76 on Thursday (Associated Press). Brown, who was a two-time all-league selection at USC and won a national championship in 1962, had cancer.

Colorado

Colorado athletics Hall of Famer Frank Clarke died Wednesday night in Dallas at the age of 84, Pat Rooney reports. Clarke was the first African-American varsity football player at Colorado before playing 11 years in the NFL.

Oregon

The University of Oregon announced game-day experience changes for Autzen Stadium this year, including the expansion of alcohol sales, earlier entry to parking lots and the termination of stadium re-entry (The Oregonian/OregonLive).

Arizona State

Arizona State wide receiver N’Keal Harry has been named to the 2018 Paul Hornung Award Preseason Watch List (most versatile player in major college football), it was announced Thursday morning.
