The Utah golf team returned to campus for the start of classes on Monday, Aug. 20. The Utes participated in Fanfest on Saturday.

Most recently, several Utes finished strong at the Utah Open, Aug. 17-19. Dunkle was the low amateur and tied for fifth at 204 (70-67-67).
Blake Tomlinson and
Mitchell Schow tied for 12
th overall and tied for second among amateurs (207).
Dunkle heads into the season on a high note. Recently he played at the U.S. Amateur (158), won the Colorado Golf Association Amateur and finished in the top 10 and was the low amateur at the Colorado Open.
Earlier in July, incoming freshman
Jonathan Wijono won the Warren-MST Amateur Open with rounds of 70-74-67.
