Football returns to Pac-12 Network with “Football Kickoff Week” Monday, Aug. 27

Debut of all-new programming, including “The Pregame” and “Inside Pac-12 Football,” with season-openers for Utah, No. 15 USC and No. 24 Oregon highlight week one on Pac-12 Network
 
SAN FRANCISCO – The wait is over as football returns to Pac-12 Network with “Football Kickoff Week,” presented by Opus Bank, from Monday, Aug. 27 through Sunday, Sept. 2.  Each day of “Football Kickoff Week” will include programming debuts such as the return of “Inside Pac-12 Football,” presented by Maui Jim, and “The Drive: Pac-12 Football” as well as the launch of “The Pregame,” presented by 76, covering season-openers for Oregon, Utah and reigning Pac-12 Champion USC.
 
In total over the first three weeks of the season, Pac-12 Networks will be home for 13 live football games, showcasing 10 of the Conference’s 12 universities and a total of seven home-openers.  The first three weeks on Pac-12 Networks will also feature each of Oregon’s first three games, Washington’s home-opener at Husky Stadium as well as games for California, Colorado, Oregon State, Stanford and Washington State.

Monday, Aug. 27
 
  • The Drive: Pac-12 Football” at 7 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. MT
    • Pac-12 Networks award-winning series returns with a new format this season as it continues to cover all 12 programs from an all-access and in-depth perspective. 
    • Special hour-long episode on Monday, Aug. 27 to start the season will preview the year ahead for all 12 programs.
    • Following the initial episode, four compilation episodes will air throughout the year featuring the most compelling storylines from various teams each episode, while short-form features will debut across Pac-12 Networks’ digital and social media platforms, as well as airing across “The Pregame” and “Inside Pac-12 Football.”
Tuesday, Aug. 28
 
  • Inside Pac-12 Football,” presented by Maui Jim, at 6 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. MT
    • Pac-12 Networks home for all football analysis returns with a new weekly home every Tuesday evening, going in-depth with the top experts and analysts covering Pac-12 football.
Wednesday, Aug. 29
 
  • The 12 Greatest: Quarterbacks” at 7 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. MT
    • Introduced last season and honored with a local Emmy award and several nominations, “The 12 Greatest” returns for its second season, including the debut of this episode highlighting the Conference’s 12 greatest quarterbacks of all-time.
Thursday, Aug. 30
 
  • The Pregame,” presented by 76, at 4 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. MT
    • For the first time ever, Pac-12 Networks is taking it signature Saturday show on the road all season long. 
    • For “Football Kickoff Week” Pac-12 Networks will have “The Pregame” live on the field at Rice-Eccles Stadium for Utah’s season-opener against Weber State.
    • The 12-week tour of the show will start in week two as the show travels to Stanford with the Cardinal taking on USC.  Full schedule information for “The Pregame” and its tour across all 12 campuses will be announced at a later date.
  • Utah vs. Weber State at 5 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. MT
    • Utah opens the season for the Pac-12 with a home-opener against Weber State.
  • Pac-12 Postgame Report
    • Following the game, Pac-12 Networks signature postgame show will recap and analyze Utah’s first regular season action.
Friday, Aug. 31
 
  • Pac-12 Playlist” following Women’s Volleyball: Iowa at Washington
    • Also introduced this year, “Pac-12 Playlist” provides updates and coverage in a short-form fashion on all of the latest news from around the Pac-12. 
Saturday, Sept. 1
 
  • The Pregame,” presented by 76, at 12 p.m. PT / 1 p.m. MT
    • For the first Saturday of the season, “The Pregame” will air from Pac-12 Networks studios, previewing a full-day of action for the Conference
  • USC vs. UNLV at 1 p.m. PT / 2 p.m. MT
    • After capturing the 2017 Pac-12 title, the Trojans return to the field with their season-opener from the Coliseum, taking on UNLV.
  • Pac-12 Gamebreak
    • In between games, “Pac-12 Gamebreak” will catch up viewers on all of the action around the Pac-12 along with analysis from Pac-12 Networks team of experts.
  • Oregon vs. Bowling Green at 5 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. MT
    • The Ducks return to action with their season-opener from Autzen Stadium, taking on Bowling Green.
  • Pac-12 Postgame Report
    • Following the Oregon game, Pac-12 Networks signature postgame show will recap and analyze the Ducks' first regular season action.
  • Pac-12 Final Score” at 11:30 p.m. PT / 12:30 a.m. MT
    • To wrap up each week’s action from around the Conference, “Pac-12 Final Score" will provide the most in-depth analysis of Pac-12 football every Saturday evening throughout the season. 
Sunday, Sept. 2
 
  • Football in 60: Game of the Week” at 8 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. MT
    • Also returning this season, each week Pac-12 Networks will re-air each of the previous week’s Pac-12 football games in an action-packed and hour-long format. 
    • The first airing of “Football in 60” will occur with the “Game of the Week” every Sunday evening, in a viewer-friendly, snap-to-snap showcase that also incorporate sights and sounds from the game not previously seen or heard on Pac-12 Network.
