Pac-12 announces women's soccer players of the week

Offensive: Tatum Barton, JR, COLO (Littleton, Colo.)

• Notched her seventh and eighth goals of the season on Sunday in a 3-0 win over Michigan State, scoring twice in the first 11 minutes of play, and helped the Buffs to a 2-1 victory over Marquette. 
• Leading the nation with 1.14 goals per game, Barton has tallied a career-best eight goals and 17 points just four weeks into the season.
• Earns her second weekly honor of the season and second of her career. It is the 17th all-time weekly honor for the Buffs.

• Started both games on the road this weekend, helping Colorado defensively in a 2-1 comeback win over Marquette and a 3-0 shutout of Michigan State.
• Against Marquette, played all but four minutes and recorded an assist on the game-winning goal to complete the come-from-behind win.
• Helped secure the Buffs fifth shutout of the season, as the Buffs now rank 10th in the nation in goals against average (.277).
• Earns her first-career weekly honor and the 18th all-time weekly honor for Colorado.

• Allowed only two goals and made eight saves in over 180 minutes of action in a 3-1 win over Notre Dame and a 2-1 victory over No. 2 North Carolina.
• Tied a career high with five saves in Sunday’s win over No. 2 UNC, extending No. 1 Stanford’s win-streak to 28 games, a program record and the longest winning streak in Division I women’s soccer since North Carolina won 31 games in a row in 2003.
• Earns her first-career weekly honor and the 67th all-time for the Cardinal.
