THE GAME -  Sun Devil Football returns home this weekend after a two-game road stretch to take on Oregon State on Saturday, Sept. 29. The game, scheduled for a 7: p.m. PT kickoff, will be broadcast live on the Pac-12 Network with Roxy Bernstein, Anthony Herron and Lewis Johnson on the call. The game will be broadcast over the airwaves on ESPN 620 AM with the Voice of the Sun Devils, Tim Healey, joined by Jeff Van Raaphorst and Jordan Simone.

PAC-12 HOME OPENERS AND THE BEAVERS - ASU is 28-13-1 all-time in its series against Oregon State with an impressive 20-4 record in games played at Sun Devil Stadium. The Sun Devils will be taking the field in the team's Pac-12 home opener this weekend, where ASU posts a 24-15-1 all-time record. 

HALL OF FAME GAME - Sun Devil Athletics will welcome seven new members to the Sun Devil Athletics Hall of Fame during ASU's football game on September 29 against Oregon State. 

Seven former student-athletes from six different sports will make up the 2018 class. Derrick Rodgers (football), Katie Burkhart (softball), Ashley Kelly (gymnastics), Jackie Johnson (track), Desiree Davila-Linden (track & field/cross country), Cain Velasquez (wrestling) and Francisco Sanchez (swimming) will be honored at halftime of the Sun Devils-Beavers game at Sun Devil Stadium.

The Hall of Fame Luncheon will take place on Friday, Sept. 28 at The Pera Club (1 E. Continental Dr., Tempe, AZ 85281) from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  The luncheon will include a formal ceremony into the SDA Hall of Fame by the ASU Athletic Heritage Committee. 

The Hall of Fame was established in 1975 to honor the school's most distinguished student-athletes in all sports. The ASU Athletics Hall of Distinction, inaugurated in 1982, recognizes outstanding contributions from coaches and administrators. Student-athletes become eligible for induction into the Hall of Fame 10 years after their senior class has graduated.

1. Terin Adams was the 2nd-highest graded defensive back in the Pac-12 during week four by Pro Football Focus, receiving a 70.7 overall rating for his performance against Washington. His 74.9 pass coverage grade was the highest in the league for the week.

2. ASU has just two turnovers this season - tied for third nationally. ASU has outscored opponents 21-0 on points off turnovers on the year.   

3. Cohl Cabral is the nation's 12th-highest graded center as a pass blocker and the highest rated center in the Pac-12 with a score of 83.6.

8. ASU is one of just 3 teams this season to not give up a play of over 40 yards, an area the Devils have struggled in in recent seasons (allowing 20, 16, 30, 21 in the previous four seasons and finishing 103rd, 79th, 128th, 110th, respectively).

9.  N'Keal Harry has a reception in all 29 games of his career at Arizona State, the seventh-longest active streak of games for any returning player in the NCAA.

BY THE NUMBERS

633 -
 No ASU running back has lost a fumble (or even put the ball on the ground) in 633 consecutive carries, dating back to the 2016 season - a streak of 23 consecutive games. That includes 58 running back carries this season (NOTE: this stat includes only RBs on rushing plays and does not include RBs on receptions). The fumble that ended the streak occured on a direct snap play to a running back. If only conventional running plays were included, the streak of carries without losing a fumble is 972 carries over 35 games (since 2015).

125 - Arizona State and Louisiana Tech are tied for the active FBS record of 125 consecutive games scoring more than 7 points. The Sun Devils last scored a touchdown or less when they were shutout, 28-0, against eighth-ranked USC in the 2008 season. ASU is 12th in the country among teams that have played at least four games with just 8 touchdowns allowed this season. ASU has allowed just 75 total points through the first four games of the season, it's best total through the first four games since 2012 (51 points).

29 - N'Keal Harry has a reception in all 29 games of his career at Arizona State, tied for the seventh-longest active streak among all current FBS players. Harry is now in 5th place in program history with 166 receptions. He needs just two to tie Chris McGaha for fourth in program history.  At 5.72 receptions for game in his career, Harry is currently the NCAA's active career leader in the category. His 73.7 career receiving yards per game are second among all active players.  With 17 career receiving touchdowns, Harry is tied for 10th in ASU school history in that category as well and needs just one more to move him into ninth.

21 - Eno Benjamin has forced 21 missed tackles this season (13 rushing, 8 receiving) - leading the Pac-12 running backs and tied for 8th nationally. He has posted a for a 63.6 elusive rating according to Pro Football Focus, good for 14th nationally. Benjamin has forced a missed tackle 24.1 percent of the time - 11th nationally. 28.6 percent of Benjamin's rushing attempts this season have resulted in a first down or touchdown - a total good for 22nd nationally. Benjamin has been equally impressive in the passing game, currently fourth among the nation's running backs with 17 catches this season and his 23 total targets are fourth.

6 - Kobe Williams has allowed just six yards after the catch this season - leading Pac-12 corners with at least 75+ coverage snaps and the 11th-lowest total nationally. Williams has been targeted only once every 11.4 coverage snaps this season (9 targets on 103 snaps), tied for the 5th-lowest percentage among FBS corners. He has allowed just 64 yards total when targeted, the 19th-lowest total nationally. Terin Adams has been targeted just six times this season, second among Pac-12 corners that have played at least 75 pass snaps and tied for third nationally among all cornerbacks with at least 75 pass snaps in coverage. 

0 - ASU is one of just 3 teams this season to not give up a play of over 40 yards, an area the Devils have struggled in in recent seasons (allowing 20, 16, 30, 21 in the previous four seasons and finishing 103rd, 79th, 128th, 110th, respectively). The Devils have given up just three plays over 30 yards, tied for eighth-fewest nationally. In the past four years ASU had given up 38, 44, 40, 40 such plays, ranked 116th, 124th, 117th and 119th. ASU is currently 29th nationally in averaging 7.50 tackles for loss per game (30 total) this season while the team's 144 yards lost on tackles for loss are good for seventh nationally.The Sun Devils are 12th in the nation in sacks per game, averaging 3.25 per game thus far (13 total).
