ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands – Tres Tinkle posted a double-double for the third consecutive game, but it wasn't enough as Oregon State fell to Missouri 69-63 in the semifinals of the Paradise Jam.

The Beavers (3-1) trailed by 10 points in the first half before rallying back to take a 42-40 lead on a 3-pointer by Tinkle with 14:26 to play.

Missouri (3-1) scored four straight before Kylor Kelly got a tip in to tie it 48-48. The game was tied three times after that, the last at 48 on Tinkle's layup with 9:57 remaining.

However, Jordan Geist hit a short jumper 23 seconds later, kicking off a 13-point run by the Tigers capped by Xavier Pinson's floater in the lane for a 61-48 lead.

Tinkle finished the night with 17 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. Stephen Thompson Jr. added 15 points and knocked down three 3-pointers that moved him into a tie for third on Oregon State's career list with 179.

Alfred Hollins had 12 points and eight rebounds, Ethan Thompson added nine points and Kylor Kelley played well off the bench with eight points, six rebounds and three blocked shots.

Geist scored 18 of his season-high 21 points in the second half and Kevin Puryear added 17 for the Tigers
