Cal Tied For Fifth After First Round At Western Intercollegiate
Sebastian Crampton And KK Limbhasut Top Cal Players On Leaderboard In Tie For 14th
SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – California (354, +4) is tied for fifth after the first round of action Monday at the 73rd annual Western Intercollegiate presented by TopGolf.
Sebastian Crampton and
KK Limbhasut are tied for the top position by a Cal player on the leaderboard in a tie for 14th after rounds of even-par 70, while
Collin Morikawa and
Kaiwen Liu are tied for 21st after one-over par rounds of 71.
Kaiwen Liu (72, +2) also had a round that counted in the Golden Bears' team score and is tied for 31st, while
James Song (76, +6) is tied for 63rd.
Host San Jose State (346, -4) is on top of the team leaderboard after 18 holes. USC's Justin Suh, Stanford's Isaiah Salinda and San Jose State's
Sean Yu are tied for the top of player leaderboard after shooting rounds of six-under par 64.
