SEATTLE - In their final home game of the spring season, the Washington Huskies erupted for seven goals, defeating Seattle Pacific 7-2. Seven different players scored for the Huskies as the team offense took over, jumping to a 4-0 lead early in the first half. Ruby Hellstrom had two assists in addition to a goal late in the second half. Summer Yates also had a goal and an assist as well as drawing a foul that led to a free-kick goal.

The Huskies twice scored off set pieces, with a goal each half off of free kicks. Siena Ruelas and Dani Hansen each played a half in net, with each allowing one goal.

Lesle Gallimore was encouraged by the team's performance, saying that while "we [could] clean up the ball movement a little bit, but any time you score seven goals you can't be disappointed.

"We're a young team and we're just trying to get more people more confidence in front of goal. We're going to continue to challenge all of our players so going into summer we can figure out what our depth chart looks like."
