LOS ANGELES -- No. 1 UCLA (29-1) advanced in the winner's bracket of the Pac-12 Championship with a 3-0 sweep of ninth-seeded Oregon (5-10-1) on Thursday afternoon at USC's Merle Norman Stadium.

The first wave featured flights four and five from both teams. The Bruins scored the first point of the dual on court five in dominating fashion as senior Izzy Carey and freshman Lindsey Sparks posted a straight-set win over the Ducks' Carley Wallace and Elise Ferreira, 21-12, 21-8.

Then junior Savvy Simo and sophomore Lea Monkhouse made it 2-0 Bruins on court four with an easy straight-set win over Oregon's Josie Cole and Ally Haden, 21-13, 21-10.

The second wave featured flights one, two, and three from both squads. UCLA's court one duo of seniors Megan McNamara and Nicole McNamara sealed the sweep with a straight-set win over the Ducks' Brooke Nuneviller and Lindsey Vander Weide, 21-13, 21-17.

The match on court two was suspended with senior Sarah Sponcil and junior Lily Justine leading Oregon's August Raskie and Maddy Silberger-Franek, 21-13, 19-13.

The match on court three was also truncated with senior Zana Muno and freshman Abby Van Winkle leading Oregon's Emily Mattoon and Lauren Page, 21-13, 23-22.

The Bruins will face fourth-seeded Arizona (25-4) on Friday, April 26 at 12:00 p.m. PT.
