THIS WEEK: Milan Iloski, Jr., M, UCLA (Escondido, Calif.)
• Recorded seven points (three goals, one assist) as UCLA upset then No. 1 Maryland (Top Drawer Soccer) and took then No. 2 Indiana to double overtime in a 1-1 week.
• Logged a hat trick to power the Bruins past the Terrapins, UCLA’s first win over a top-ranked team since beating Akron 6-1 on Sept. 5, 2016.
• UCLA’s first hat trick since Chandler Hoffman on Sept. 16, 2011.
• Has recorded a point in all three of UCLA’s games so far.
• His brother, Eric, recorded the primary assist on his first goal.
• This is UCLA’s Conference-leading 63rd all-time Player of the Week award and Iloski’s first-career selection. The Bruins have secured the first two honors of the season as sophomore goalkeeper Justin Garces won the first award of 2019 last week.
