Elite Competition

As one of the nation’s elite women’s basketball conferences, the Pac-12 over the last four years has the most NCAA Tournament wins of any conference in the country and the best winning percentage among peer conferences. In each of the last three years, at least half of the league has gone on from the conference tournament in Las Vegas into the NCAA Tournament, with at least one team reaching the NCAA Women’s Final Four in 10 of the last 12 seasons.

With this season’s tournament moving to the home of the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, the event is set to provide fans with a dynamic atmosphere like never before. In its first year in Las Vegas last season, the women’s tournament saw tremendous success in providing an action-packed four days for fans. Now at the Mandalay Bay Events Centerf, the event will provide new and engaging experiences for fans in addition to new options for seating, from courtside through the arena, along with a showcase of the Pac-12’s elite competition over 11 games for an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.

Top Talent – On the Court & on the Sidelines

The Pac-12 attracts and develops much of the country’s top talent for men’s basketball, led by some of the nation’s best coaches. As five Pac-12 programs currently appear on several national media outlet’s early Top 25 rankings for 2019-20, the Conference has some of the best incoming talent in Division I basketball. Last season, the Pac-12 had four programs reach 23 wins. The league this season includes five Top 40 recruiting classes, including three in the Top 10 and four in the Top 11.

The 11-game showcase will again take place in the electrifying environment of T-Mobile Arena, home of the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights and numerous top entertainment acts for MGM Resorts International. From March 11-14 in Las Vegas, all 12 programs will compete for a chance to punch their ticket to the Big Dance.
