SAN FRANCISCO - Tomorrow night, “Our Stories: Unfinished Business,” presented by Opus Bank, premieres on Pac-12 Network, telling the story of Oregon’s legendary teammates, Sabrina Ionescu and Ruthy Hebard. The two shaped the Oregon women’s basketball program, from their freshman year through a senior campaign cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic, and elevated the conversation around collegiate women’s basketball on a national level. As both Ionescu and Hebard prepare for Friday’s WNBA Draft, “Unfinished Business” takes fans inside their four-year college journey, their friendship and the impact they leave on the game.

Tomorrow night’s feature-length episode of “Our Stories” gives fans a glimpse into the childhoods, development and friendship of Ionescu and Hebard, featuring exclusive interviews with their family members and head coach Kelly Graves.

The dynasty began in 2016, when the pair led Oregon to its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2005. Hebard made the game-winning basket to upset seven-seeded Temple in their NCAA Tournament opener en route to a thrilling Elite Eight appearance, setting the stage for what would become a historic four-year run. In 2019, following Oregon’s loss in the Final Four, Ionescu made the decision to return to Eugene for her senior season with her sights set on the team and its unfinished business. Over the course of what would become a historic senior campaign, Ionescu went on to win every major national player of the year award, including an unanimous Associated Press National Player of the Year selection and a second-straight Wooden Award.

“Last year, I tweeted ‘unfinished business’ was why I was returning for my senior year,” said Ionescu at her Senior Day ceremony. “At the time, I wholeheartedly thought that meant winning a national championship. Never would I come to imagine what the unfinished business actually was.”

Our Stories: Unfinished Business,” presented by Opus Bank, premieres this Wednesday at 7 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network. Following the feature, fans can relive some of the Oregon women’s basketball classics from this past season, such as the statement-making victory over Team USA, which airs at 9 p.m. PT / 10 p.m. MT, and the Pac-12 Tournament Championship win against then-No. 7 Stanford at 10:30 p.m. PT / 11:30 p.m. MT.

On Thursday, Pac-12 Networks is airing an all-day marathon dedicated to Ionescu, Hebard and Satou Sabally starting at 6 a.m. PT / 7 a.m. MT. Friday features an all-day ‘Sabrina Marathon,’ with classics from her Oregon tenure airing all day leading up to the WNBA Draft.
