Q: What has been your favorite tournament to play in during your time at Utah and why?
My favorite tournament is in Hawai'i. It is just a great time with the guys and the golf is great. Plus, you can't beat being in Hawai'i.

Q: What would you say you've improved on most from your first year to now?
Thinking my way through the course and making smarter plays when I am in trouble.

Q: What is your favorite part about playing at Utah?
The connections and the friends I have made. I will have those with me for the rest of my life and something I wouldn't change for the world.

Q: What kinds of things did you do during this summer during your time off?
Golfed and fished.

Q: What are some of your goals for this upcoming season?
Win a college event if we have it, and then do well in the PGA University Tour.

Q: What do you like most about playing for head coach Garrett Clegg and assistant coach Chance Cain?
They are always understanding and both have a high golf IQ. They know how to shape a game and take it to the next level.

Q: Why did you choose Utah?
I have always been a Ute fan and it is close to my family. The support we have here is amazing!

Q: What is it about golf that you love?
The competition is always changing and the conditions are never the same, so you never know what will happen and can change at any moment.

Q: What are some of your hobbies outside of golf?

Q: Who is your favorite professional golfer and why?
Jason Dufner. He is laid back and has a good attitude on the course. He is also known as a really cool guy and treats everyone well.

Q: If you could go pro in a different sport, what sport would it be and why?
Fishing. I love fishing.

Q: What is your go-to club in your bag and why?
Putter or driver. A solid struck 15-footer on your line is as satisfying as a pumped drive to me.
