You Want a 1975 Football Throwback Jersey?
Sun Devil football fans got excited when adidas and ASU teamed up for 1975 throwback jerseys to be worn on Dec. 5 vs. UCLA.
The uniform concept is drawn from 1975 undefeated season led by College Football Hall of Famer Frank Kush. The uniform features classic stripes, sunburst logo and sublimated retro mesh number look as well as retro ASU logos on back, neck and helmet.

The 1975 Sun Devils went 11-0 in the regular season, dominated Western Athletic Conference play (7-0) and beat Nebraska 17-14 in the Fiesta Bowl. They finished No. 2 in both the AP Poll and the Coaches Poll which remains the highest ranked finish in Sun Devil history. Arizona State was also selected as national champions by Sporting News.
