Correa's Runner-Up Finish in the 1-Meter Highlights Day 1 in Flagstaff

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- Arizona's diving team opened the 2020-21 season on Friday, the first of three days at the NAU Diving Invitational in Flagstaff, Arizona. The men competed in the 1-meter while the women had the 3-meter competition.
Eric Correa finished runner-up in the 1-meter to highlight the Wildcats' day in Flagstaff. Bjorn Markentin finished fourth in the men's competition.
In the women's 3-meter, the Wildcats were led by Gracie Sleeman, who finished 10th. Jacqueline Purwins finished 14th.
The teams will be back in action on Saturday beginning at 11 a.m. MST. The meet is streamed for free on NAU's Facebook Page.
