Washington (1-3, 0-1P12) vs Oregon (3-1, 0-0)
UW continues its three-game homestand this weekend as it takes on the Oregon Ducks in the second Pac-12 contest of the year for UW. The game will be contested on Saturday., Dec. 12 at 5 p.m. and will be televised by the Pac-12 Networks with Aaron Goldsmith & P.J. Carlesimo on the call. Additionally, fans can tune into 1090AM to hear Tony Castricone and Jason Hamilton on the official Husky Radio Broadcast. Washington owns the series mark over Oregon, 190-118.This will be the second league game already for the Huskies due to the extended 20-game schedule the Pac-12 started this year, Washington already faced Utah on Dec. 3.
 
The Coach (64-42 at UW/4th Year)
Head Coach Mike Hopkins is in his fourth year at Washington, and fourth as a head coach after becoming the 19th head coach in UW history. During his 22 years as an assistant at Syracuse, Hopkins was a part of teams that reached the NCAA Tournament 16 times including the 2003 National Championship, four Final Fours, five Elite Eights and 10 Sweet 16s along with four NIT berths. Syracuse never dipped below a 55.0 percent record while Hopkins was on staff. Hopkins is a two-time Pac-12 Coach of the Year, winning the honor in each of his first two seasons with the Huskies as he led UW to back-to-back 20 win seasons with postseason appearances each year. • Washington's 32-point win over Seattle tied for the third-largest margin of victory under Coach Hopkins
• Over the last three games, senior Quade Green is averaging 19 points, shooting 52.3 % from the field, 52.9 % from the 23-point line and 80 % from the charity stripe.
• Green also recorded 18 points in 18 minutes against Seattle on nearly perfect shooting going 6-of-7 from the field, 4-of-4 from three and 2-of-2 from FT
• Wright currently has 114 career blocks which moved him into sixth all-time at UW, passing Aziz N'Diyae (113) ... he is now 37 behind fifth place (137, Malik Dime) and 72 behind the UW record of 186 (Matisse Thybulle and Christian Welp)

• Nate Pryor made his first career start as a Husky and scored 13 points with five rebounds, four assists, two steals and one block
• Nate Roberts nearly missed his second straight double-double with his 10 points and 8 rebounds against Seattle
• Washington had two players reach 10+ rebounds against Utah with Nate Roberts pulling down a career-high 13 rebounds and Hameir Wright registering a career-best 10 boards
• Nate Roberts also recorded his first career double-double with 13 rebounds and 12 points - its the first double-double for a UW player this season
• Green tied his career high with 21 points at Utah and nearly missed his first career double-double against UC Riverside as he had a team-high 18 points and added a career-best eight rebounds
• This is the first season since 2001-02 that UW opened the year with three-straight games away from Alaska Airlines Arena
• Washington's defense is fourth in the Pac-12 in blocks (22 - 5.5/game) and fourth in steals (29 - 7.25/game)
• Under Coach Hop, UW has faced seven top 20 non-conference opponents and has travelled to New York, Alaska, Toronto, Kansas, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Atlantic City, Auburn, Vancouver (B.C) and to No. 1 Gonzaga all in the non-conference.
• Washington returns just 35.0 percent of its scoring and 31.1 percent of its rebounding from a year ago with Quade Green leading the charge at 11.6 ppg and Hameir Wright coming in at 4.2 boards.
• Additionally, UW has only one player returning that averaged over 30 minutes/game a year ago (Green, 30.4)
