Korey Foreman, Nation’s No. 1 Overall Recruit, Signs With USC Football

LOS ANGELES—Prep All-American defensive lineman Korey Foreman of Centennial High in Corona (Calif.) has signed with USC. 

The 6-5, 255-pound Foreman made the 2020 PrepStar Dream Team as a senior defensive end at Centennial High in Corona (Calif.).  As a 2019 junior, he made Max Preps Junior All-American first team, Max Preps All-California first team, All-CIF Division 1 and Los Angeles Times All-Area.  In 2019, he had 32 tackles, including 5 sacks, a forced fumble and a deflection. In 2018 as a sophomore, he made the Max Preps Junior All-American first team and Cal-Hi Sports All-State Sophomores first team and Riverside Press-Enterprise All-Area second team as he had 23 tackles with 6 sacks and 3 deflections.  As a 2017 freshman, he had 4 tackles (with 1.5 sacks). 

He becomes the 21st player in USC's 2021 signing class and will enroll at USC in the fall.

The 2021 spring enrollment signees are, alphabetically: DB Anthony Beavers Jr., DB Calen Bullock, RB Brandon Campbell, QB Jaxson Dart, DB Xamarion Gordon, WR Michael Jackson III, TE Lake McRee, QB Miller Moss, LB Julien Simon and DL Jay Toia. Alabama transfer DL Ishmael Sopsher also joins this spring. 
 
The 2021 fall enrollment signees are, alphabetically:  DB Prophet Brown, OL Ty Buchanan, OL Maximus Gibbs, WR Joseph Manjack IV, DL Colin Mobley, OL Mason Murphy, DB Jaylin Smith, TE Michael Trigg and WR Kyron Ware-Hudson.
