UCLA Announces Virtual Blue Out Campaign
UCLA Athletics introduced its Basketball Virtual Blue Out campaign, presented by Wescom, for the upcoming home UCLA men's and women's basketball games vs. USC. The women's game is scheduled to be played on Feb. 28, and the men's game is scheduled for a week later on March 6. With home basketball games being without in-person spectators, the Virtual Blue Outs gives all UCLA fans the opportunity to support the Bruins in spirit this season.
UCLA fans can purchase virtual ticket packages at several different levels, with options starting as low as $15. Fans have the chance to receive unique items such as a commemorative paper ticket, exclusive Blue Out t-shirts and even have cardboard cutouts placed in seats inside Pauley for both games. Additionally, every purchase includes an entry into the Gameday Sweepstakes to win a variety of prizes and experiences.
Tickets for the Basketball Virtual Blue Out are on sale now and will be available through tipoff of the men's game on Saturday, March 6. In the event that either of the basketball games are not played, all applicable benefits will be fulfilled, but refunds will not be provided.
Proceeds from the Basketball Virtual Blue Out will benefit UCLA's nearly 700 student-athletes. Additionally, 5% of the proceeds will be donated to UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital, providing unrestricted support for the highest priority clinical programs and research that benefit children in Los Angeles and around the world.
