Aguilera and Talley Acquired by NWSL Teams

TUCSON, Ariz. – Jada Talley and Jill Aguilera had their rights acquired by two NWSL teams as Talley will be a part of the Racing Louisville FC organization and Aguilera will be a part of the Chicago Red Stars organization. Both Aguilera and Talley will compete for Arizona in the Spring and Fall of 2021.

Talley is coming off one of the best seasons in Arizona history as she scored 10 goals and dished out eight assists while being named first-team All-Pac-12. She had four game-winning goals last year, all vs. Pac-12 opponents, and scored multiple goals in three matches. Talley is one of two players in school history to have 10 goals and eight assists in one season.
 
In three seasons, Talley has scored 18 goals, the sixth-most in school history and has 11 assists, the fifth-most in school history. Her nine career game-winning goals is the second-most in school history and is five behind Mallory Miller.

Aguilera is coming off of an impressive 2019 season, scoring nine goals, the eighth-most in school history, and dishing out two assists. Having the best season of her career, she had three braces, two game-winning goals, and was named 2019 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I Women's All-Pacific Region Third Team. The 20 points she earned is the eighth-most in school history.

In her four seasons at Arizona, Aguilera has scored 15 goals, the tenth-most in school history, and has had nine assists. She has earned Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team twice and her five career game-winning goals puts her in eighth in school history.
