WEEK PREVIEW
Sophomore Magda Jehlářová was named as the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week for the week of Jan. 25-Jan. 31. The middle from Prerov, Czech Republic earns her second career Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week honor, her first during this spring season. Magda posted seven blocks (2 solo, 5 assists) in each of the Cougars' wins over the Sun Devils.

The No. 24 ranked Cougars return home to Bohler Gym for two consecutive weeks now, first welcoming the Bruins of UCLA for a pair of Pac-12 matches. The visitors from Los Angeles are currently ranked No. 18 in the nation and hold a record of 3-1 (3-1 Pac-12). 

LAST TIME OUT
WSU Volleyball completed the series sweep of Arizona State Saturday afternoon, January 30 with a 3-1 victory over the Sun Devils. Kalyah Williams posted a career day against the Sun Devils with 12 total kills, which ties her career-high, along with a hitting percentage of .455, a career-high for the sophomore. Williams also posted seven total blocks, another career-high. Magda Jehlářová continued to dominate both offensively and defensively with 11 kills, a hitting percentage of .526, and seven total blocks.
